Current Positions Available
Traineeship
Part-time, 3-4 days per week (minimum of 15 hours per week) – please refer to our opening hours. Days of work may be negotiable.
Choice of qualifications including Certificate III Community Services (CHC32015) or Certificate III Business (BSB30120).
Suitable candidates would also have the opportunity to undertake training to become a Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI - formerly DoT) Customer Service Officer at the Dongara Agency.
This is an 18-month fixed contract, with potential for on-going employment for the right candidate (subject to funding availability).
Role Requirements - to be successful in this role you will have:
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Confident customer service and administration skills
·Ability to solve practical problems effectively
·Ability to work autonomously on set tasks through to completion
·A positive and can-do attitude, including having a desire to complete a qualification
·Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
·Willingness and capacity to learn new skills
·A desire to help people and make a positive contribution to the local community
·Ability to provide a Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance or NDIS screening check. Note, these do not need to be obtained prior to applying.
·Strong organisational and time management skills
·Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
