Accessing State and Federal Government services doesn't need to be confusing or stressful. At the Dongara CRC, we’re here to make it easier for residents to connect with the services they need.
If you need help accessing government services or understanding what support is available to you, we’re here to assist.
State Government Services
Dongara CRC is your trusted local access point for a wide range of State and Federal Government services - making it easier to get the help, information and support you need without leaving town.
In partnership with the Government of Western Australia, we provide:
Free internet access to WA State Government websites
Free mono/duplex black-and-white printing of WA Government forms and materials
A WA State, local government and community noticeboard with flyers and updates
Access to brochures on local services and information
Monthly outreach by Consumer Protection WA
Assistance with recreational fishing license renewals
Assistance with WA Firearm Portal
Assistance with WA Student Assistance Payment

Department of Transport
Dongara CRC is an authorised Department of Transport Agency.
We can help with:
Licensing
Computerised Theory Test (CTT)
Hazard Perception Test (HPT)
Practical Driving Assessment (PDA) bookings.
(Bookings for PDAs can be made in person at Dongara CRC)
Driver and Vehicle Services Agent:
Driver and vehicle licence renewals (including photos)
Driver licence applications
Vehicle registrations
Vehicle licence transfers
Return and change of number plates
Change of address
Theory and hazard perception tests
WA photo cards
Temporary movement permit purchase
Purchasing optional vehicle licence plates

CTT and HPT:
Monday, Wednesday - 9:00am to 3:45pm.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 9:00am to 1:15pm.
PDAs:
Fortnightly (every second Wednesday)
9:00am to 3:00pm.
Licensing:
Monday, Wednesday - 9:00am to 4:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Dongara CRC is a Centrelink Agency providing the community with access to Services Australia payments and support.
