Dongara Community Resource Centre is offering a free bus trip to Geraldton on Monday 18 May to attend the Forget Me Not Café, running from 10:00am–12:00 noon at the Geraldton Library.
The café provides a relaxed and welcoming space for people living with dementia, their carers, family, and friends to enjoy conversation, connection, and support.
Free door‑to‑door pick‑up and drop‑off is available through New Leaf Connect. Registration is required.
