Dongara Community Resource Centre is offering a free bus trip to Geraldton on Tuesday 5 May for people living with dementia and their carers.
The trip includes attendance at a Dementia Support Group from 9:30–11:30am at the QEII Centre, with separate, facilitated groups for carers and for people living with dementia.
Free door‑to‑door pick‑up and drop‑off is available through New Leaf Connect. Registration is required.
